Phrozen’s boldest project is finally here: the Sonic Mega 8K. Over the past year, we’ve dedicated a lot of resources and developed this 3D Printer for those who have a real passion for bringing their wildest ideas to life. In the past, printing large models meant compromising on print quality. If one was interested in printing large-scale and detailed models, this meant printing many batches of 3D models and assembling them.

Not anymore. Sonic Mega 8K breaks every limitation for 3D printing. Now you can have both size and quality in one print, at the same time.

8K Printing Capabilities

Sonic Mega 8K outperforms all other 3D printers on the market, showing impressive detail at 43 µm, producing 3D models that are almost twice as detailed as other large-scale 3D printers.

Huge print volume

The largest XY printing area with a 40 cm high Z-axis, allowing you to print significantly larger models at one time.

All Sonic Mega 8K build plates will be perfectly calibrated before they are shipped, which means all you need to do is take your device out of the box and you’re ready to start printing!

The Sonic Mega 8K has the largest Mono-LCD printing surface on the market at 15″. In comparison, the largest print area was previously only 13.3″.

For an extremely stable Z-axis, the Sonic Mega 8K adopts this special design so that large and heavy objects can be printed without wobbling.

The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K is made entirely of metal. This strengthens the entire structure, making it stronger and more sustainable for long-term use.

It is supported by the CHITUBOX slicer software system, providing you with the ideal settings for printing models with the best possible details.
