In the case of extraction of one or more teeth, the spaces created are automatically filled during the generation of the models to be printed. At each new step in the treatment plan, the prosthetic shape changes with the closing of the spaces in the mouth. No more manual waxing on printed models before thermoforming gutters. Efficient and fast, this new functionality of ORTH’UP version 5 allows a significant time saving in the preparation of cases for the dental technician.
The practitioner will be able to deliver a set of esthetic and perfectly adjusted aligners for the greatest comfort of the patient.
SIMPLICITY AND DIGITAL ACCURACY
ALIGNER CUTTING LINE
ORTH’UP now offers the possibility of calculating the gutter limit at each stage of the treatment plan and transforms it into a 3D marking on the printed model. Thanks to this visual reference, the operation of cutting the gutters by the laboratory after thermoforming is greatly simplified. Smoother from one gutter to another, cutting is also faster and much more precise.
3D EXPORT
Integrate 3D digital color data directly into your external visualization platform. ORTH’UP version 5.0 now includes a color data export module in standard 3D format. At each stage of the treatment plan, ORTH’UP also generates models to print the 3D digital file of teeth and gum in color.
STRIPPING PLAN
Managing stripping in a treatment plan can be time consuming and often requires a lot of attention. With ORTHUP Version 5, all dental movements are analyzed and an optimized stripping plan is proposed for the patient. The user retains the possibility of modifying the recommended stripping values or of anticipating its application according to the needs of the practitioner.
STREAMLINE YOUR EXCHANGES
Real link between the laboratory using ORTH’UP PREMIUM and the clinics, ORTH’UP CLINIC is the new C4W application for practitioners. Available with version 5, ORTH’UP CLINIC offers an environment for modification and validation upstream of the manufacture of aligners. Based in part on the ClinView module of ORTH’UP PREMIUM, ORTH’UP CLINIC is also a simple and easy to use 3D visualization solution.
It is undoubtedly the new ORTHUP tool essential to optimize the sharing of information between the laboratory and its customers.
The application provides access to dynamic visualization modules of tooth and gum movements (Clinview, uSmile modules, etc.); as well as the modification and final validation of the treatment plan before production.
