Rotary Axis Digitally Controlled

All the OROTIG’s Writers can be provided with a rotary device with automatic movement, controlled by software. A tool necessary for LASER-marking rings, bracelets and all round or curved objects. With its 1/500 scale precision, this device guarantees the perfect positioning of markings, even on particularly curved surfaces.

Supports for Rings and Bracelets

Especially designed to be firmly applied to the rotary axis device, these three-pin chucks are perfect for LASER-marking the inner or the outern side of rings, bracelets and items with a round shape. A special handling support on one of the pins of those chicks can be adapted to have micro-marked by LASER large rings as well as rings exposing very large gems and stones.

Foot Pedal Control

Once the design or the pattern or the job file has been selected and the marking parameters have been set for it, thanks to the control pedal, it is possible to repeat the same operation several times, without needing to re-interface with the software. The control pedal is a very useful tool for all those who need to repeat the same marking operation numerous times during the same production cycle.

Automatic Feeder for  Plate Cutting

The automatic feeder for metal  plates provided by OROTIG makes it possible to mark and cut objects from a metal sheet, without the need of single manual positioning at each task. Fitted with pneumatic electro-valves and electronic movement controls via a console, it is able to re-position the metal sheet any time in need of without the presence of a standing-by operator.

Job Development Remote Controller

Able to manage different files of marking and cuttingin sequence, the software “Automatic Control” allows the machine to work for hours without an operator for supervision. Cutting and Marking, continuously, even at night.

Software for LASER-Marking

Simple and intuitive, the software is able to import and export DXF, PLT, JPEG, BMP files and, thanks to an additional, optionally provided, extension, files from other more common CAM software. The software, translated into more than 50 languages, is an easy and immediate tool for the management of functions

DRS 16 Dust Recovery System

The new and revolutionary system of 3-way extraction minimizes the dispersion of the dust, generated during cutting and marking, in the atmosphere. Besides that, the innovative filtrating system applied by Orotig uses the depressurization for a almost total recovery of waste dust.
